1. Service Satisfaction & Issue Resolution

If you experience a service-related issue due to incomplete work, incorrect service delivery, or technician-related concerns, you must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion. Upon verification, we may offer a service revisit, correction, or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or excess payment for the same service
• Service cancellation confirmed before technician assignment or visit
• Billing or payment processing errors
• Confirmed failure to deliver the requested service

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Normal wear and tear or age-related appliance issues
• Change of mind after service completion
• Issues arising due to misuse, voltage fluctuation, water damage, pest damage, or external factors
• Services completed as per customer approval and confirmation
• Inspection or visit charges once a technician visit has occurred

4. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be requested before technician assignment or visit to be eligible for a refund, if applicable. Once a technician has visited the service location, inspection or visit charges are non-refundable.
